A website built to rank

A site Google can crawl in one pass, read without running JavaScript, and serve with confidence. Plus the pages and schema to actually match the searches you want.

01 / Why most small business sites quietly fail

Pretty is not the same as findable

A lot of small business sites look perfectly fine in a desktop browser and are almost invisible to Google. The common culprits are familiar. A heavy page builder that ships 600kb of JavaScript before the first sentence loads. A hero image with no alt text. A homepage H1 that reads 'Welcome' and nothing else. No schema. No internal links between pages. No sitemap. A single contact page doing the job of six service pages.

None of that is catastrophic on its own. Stacked together, it is why your competitor with an uglier site is outranking you for searches you should own. Google cannot read what it cannot crawl, and it cannot rank what it does not understand.

We fix the foundation first. Server-rendered pages, clean semantic markup, a proper outline, local and service schema, a real sitemap and internal links with intent. Then we build the pages that actually target what your customers are searching for. Then we watch the numbers and keep adjusting. That is the whole job.

02 / What we build in

The technical foundation Google actually cares about

Every point below is standard on every build. No optional SEO pack.

Server-rendered, not JavaScript soup

Every page reaches Google as plain HTML on first load, not a blank shell waiting for a bundle. That is the single biggest thing most template sites get wrong.

Core Web Vitals in the green

Largest Contentful Paint under 1.5s, Cumulative Layout Shift near zero, Interaction to Next Paint under 200ms. We test on a throttled mobile before any page goes live.

Headings that actually describe the page

One H1 per page, a proper outline underneath, and body copy that answers the query. Google reads it the way a person would, which is the whole point.

Schema that earns rich results

LocalBusiness, Service, Review, FAQ and Breadcrumb markup added where it fits. Stars, hours and FAQs start showing in the results below your listing.

Internal links with intent

Pages link to each other the way a human would navigate. Services link to locations, locations link to services, hubs link down, posts link up. Google crawls it cleanly.

A sitemap Google actually trusts

Auto-generated on every deploy, submitted to Search Console, with lastmod dates so recrawls happen when pages change. Nothing stale, nothing orphaned.

03 / How it works

From brief to first page of results

01

Quick chat

Twenty minutes to find out what you want to rank for, what you already rank for, and who is currently sitting above you on Google for the searches that matter.

02

Design

We design a site built around those searches. Hero, services, proof, FAQs, local pages if you need them. You see wireframes and copy before we write any code.

03

Build & wire up

We build the site with server-rendered pages, schema, clean URLs, compressed images and a tight bundle. Analytics and Search Console verification wired in at launch.

04

Live & looked after

We watch the numbers in the first eight weeks, tweak titles and internal links where they need help, and add new pages as you spot searches worth owning.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you actually make a site rank on Google?

There is no single trick. It is a stack of small things done right: speed, structure, clean code, schema, content that matches intent, internal links, and a sensible URL structure. Done together, they compound. Done separately, they do very little.

Can you guarantee I rank number one for a given search?

No one honest can. We can guarantee that we build the foundation properly, ship pages that target the right searches, and keep improving them monthly. What Google does with it depends on your market and your competitors.

What about Google's algorithm updates, the ones that break sites overnight?

They mostly break thin, AI-spun content farms and sites with shady link building. A small business site with genuine pages, real reviews and a clean profile generally rides them out. We have not had a client lose traffic from a major update so far.

Do I need to blog every week to rank?

No. For most small local businesses, a tight set of well-written service and location pages does more work than 40 hurried blog posts. We would rather write ten great pages than bury them under weekly filler.

Will you migrate my old site without losing rankings?

Yes. We map every old URL to a new one with 301 redirects, preserve headings and content where they still earn traffic, and keep meta data in sync. Done this way, most migrations see traffic hold or rise within a month.

How do I know the SEO work is paying off?

The analytics dashboard in your portal shows visits, top pages and conversions. We can also surface Search Console data in there. If a page is not pulling its weight, you will see it, and we will fix it.
