We design and build your site for free. No setup fee, no deposit, no design fee. You only start paying on launch day, and only if you choose to go live. From then on it is £79 a month, and that covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and every change you ask for via your customer portal.

Most 3-page sites go from kick-off call to live in roughly a week. Bigger builds take longer and we give you a realistic timeline on the first call so nothing is a surprise.
Changes on request, included
New page, fresh photos, holiday banner, price update, copy tweak. Drop a request in your customer portal and it goes live. No per-change fees, no hourly rate.

We design the pages, write the copy with you, and build the site. You see a preview before anything goes live. You still have not paid anything.
Launch
The site goes live on your domain and the first £79 charge happens on launch day. Never before. If you decide not to launch, you do not pay.
Ongoing
After launch it is £79 a month, every month, for as long as you want us. Cancel with a message, no contract to exit.

Is the free build really free?

What does £79 a month actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, domain management, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches and any change you ask for via the customer portal. One flat bill, no add-ons, no per-change fees.

What if I need more than three pages?
We can build larger sites too. The monthly stays the same for most small business builds, but if the scope is unusually big, or we are wiring up something like a booking system or a member area, we will agree the price with you before any work starts.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain is in your name, your content is yours, and if you leave we hand everything over cleanly. We do not hold anything hostage.
How fast can I be live?
Most 3-page sites go live in about a week from kick-off. Faster if you already have content and photos, slower if you are still figuring out what you want to say.
