A website analytics dashboard you'll actually read

The same portal you use to request changes has a plain-English analytics dashboard built in. Visits, pages, devices, conversions, all on one screen.

01 / Why most dashboards go unread

A dashboard you do not open is worse than no dashboard at all

Every small business we take over has a dashboard bookmarked somewhere. GA4, Hotjar, Search Console, Matomo, Plausible, a marketing agency's white-labelled Data Studio. Each one promising clarity. None of them actually opened in the last sixty days. The bookmarks survive, the insight does not.

The problem is rarely the tool. It is the shape of the thing. Ten tabs, a hundred metrics, a year's worth of training to read it properly, and a user who wanted to know 'are we up or down this week?' on a Tuesday morning between meetings. By the time you have filtered to something meaningful, the kettle has boiled, the meeting has started, and the question has gone unanswered again.

So we built the opposite. The most important five numbers above the fold, a comparison to last week beside each one, and filters that work in one tap on a phone. The same portal login that lets you request a change to the site shows you the dashboard. No separate tool, no training, no forty-tab nightmare. Open, glance, act.

02 / What the dashboard gives you

Built for decisions, not admiration

Six things we made sure were on the landing view. Everything else is one tap away.

One-screen overview

Visitors, conversions and top pages above the fold on desktop and mobile. You get a read on the week in three seconds, not three clicks.

Compare to last period

Every metric sits next to its previous-period counterpart with a delta in colour. You always know whether this week is better or worse than last, without doing the maths.

Journeys across your site

See the path a visitor took, from landing page to conversion. Handy when a lead drops in from Google, wanders through two service pages and then fills out a form.

Funnels without a course

Set a start page, an end action, and we draw the drop-off for you. No event parameters, no custom audiences, no three-hour YouTube tutorial.

CSV export on every panel

Download last quarter's visits, top referrers or conversions for an accountant, an investor or a grant application. One click, clean columns, no reformat needed.

Filters that stick

Filter by source, device, country or page, and the whole dashboard updates. Save the view and it is waiting for you next time you log in.

03 / How it works

From blank slate to first glance

01

Quick chat

Fifteen minutes to agree on the five numbers that matter to your business. We will not build a dashboard around vanity metrics you do not care about.

02

Design

We configure the panels, defaults and date range for your account. You see a wireframe of the landing view and can swap panels in or out.

03

Build & wire up

Dashboard goes live with your site, populated from day one. Tracking scripts, conversion events and filters all pre-set. No migration from GA4 required.

04

Live & looked after

As your business changes, the dashboard changes. Add a new conversion to track, swap a panel for a comparison view, or add team members. Ask in the portal, done in a day.

FAQ

Common questions

What metrics do I actually see?

Visitors, unique visitors, sessions, top pages, top sources, devices, countries, and the conversions you care about. Each one with a period-over-period comparison and a simple trend line.

Do I need a login separate from the rest of my portal?

No. The same email and password that lets you request a change opens the dashboard. One login, one place, everything visible.

Can I give my team access without them seeing invoices?

Yes. The portal has per-user permissions, so a marketing freelancer can see the analytics but not the billing. Owners see everything, others see only what you grant them.

Does it work alongside Google Search Console?

Yes. We connect your Search Console so the dashboard can surface top queries and impressions next to your traffic. It is the missing half of most small business analytics setups.

What is the smallest plan that comes with the dashboard?

Every plan, including the £39/mo Starter. The dashboard is not a premium tier, it is how we want our own work to be visible to you.

Can I get an emailed weekly summary?

Yes. Every Monday morning you can have a short summary land in your inbox: visits, conversions, top pages and any week-over-week flags. Toggle it on in your portal settings.

Ready for a dashboard you will actually open?

Plans from £39/mo. Site, hosting, and the kind of numbers panel a busy owner will actually use.
