Web design for tattoo studios

A tattoo studio site that gives every artist a portfolio, takes booking deposits, and answers the questions that fill your inbox.

01 / Why tattoo studios need a real site

Instagram is a portfolio. A studio needs more

Tattoo studios have lived on Instagram for a decade and it works, until it doesn't. Reach drops, the aftercare instructions get DM'd in fragments, deposit policy is buried in a story highlight nobody saves, and three of your five artists get half the enquiries because the algorithm decided so.

We build studio sites that give every artist a real portfolio, take deposits cleanly, host your aftercare and consent forms properly, and stop you firefighting in DMs. One flat monthly fee covers design, build, hosting and any update you need.

02 / What you get

A tattoo site built for the realities of the studio

Portfolios, deposits, forms, flash, aftercare. Everything an artist actually has to manage, all in one place.

Artist portfolios that pop

Each artist gets a dedicated portfolio page. Style tags, healed work, work in progress, and a direct enquiry form that lands in their inbox, not the front desk's.

Booking enquiry forms with the right questions

We design enquiry forms that ask the things artists actually need: placement, size, reference images, healed skin photos, budget. Less back and forth, fewer time-wasters.

Deposit handling

Take a non-refundable booking deposit through Stripe before an artist drafts anything. Set the amount per artist and refund or carry it across as you see fit.

Consent and aftercare pages

Digital consent forms that clients fill in before the appointment, plus a permanent aftercare page they can come back to. No more Polaroids of instructions falling out of car doors.

Walk-ins and flash days

A page for flash sheets, walk-in availability and guest spots. We update the flash sheet image whenever you draw new ones and flag flash days on a simple events list.

Studio gallery and FAQ

Show the studio interior, sterilisation setup and the team at work. Pair it with a sharp FAQ on pricing minimums, age limits, numbing creams and reschedule policy.

03 / How it works

From first chat to live studio site

01

Studio sit-down

We talk through the studio, your artists, your booking flow, your deposit policy and how walk-ins fit. We ask each artist for portfolio shots and style tags.

02

Design preview

We design a homepage that gives the studio room to breathe, plus per-artist portfolio pages, an enquiry flow and the legal pages you need. Clickable preview before any build.

03

Build, deposits, forms

Build the site, wire up Stripe for deposits, build the enquiry forms so each artist gets their own emails, and connect the domain. Tested end to end before launch.

04

Live and looked after

Go live and get your portal. New artist arrives, flash day announced, deposit policy changes, healed shots come in - drop us a message and we update it.

FAQ

Common questions

Can each artist have their own portfolio page?

Yes, that is the default. Every artist gets a page with their work, their style tags, their bio and their own enquiry form. Enquiries go to whichever email address they want, so the front desk doesn't have to triage everything.

Can we take booking deposits through the site?

Yes. We set up Stripe so clients pay a non-refundable deposit before an artist drafts a design. You set the amount per artist or per session length, and we can wire the payment confirmation into your studio email so the front desk knows it has landed.

What about consent forms and ID checks?

We host a digital consent form that clients fill in before they arrive, including the contraindication questions and ID upload if you want it. The signed form lands in your inbox, ready to print or save. No more clipboards at the front desk.

Can the site handle flash days and guest artists?

Yes. We add a flash sheet page and a guest artist section that you can update through your portal. Send us the new sheet, the dates and the artist's Instagram and we get it on the site within a day or two.

What does it cost for a tattoo studio site?

Plans start at £79/month and cover the lot - design, build, hosting, deposit setup, ongoing changes. No setup fee. If you want more artists added or a new flash drop pushed live, that's just a message in the portal.

Will it rank for tattoo searches in my city?

We build the site so Google can read your studio properly: location, opening hours, artists, styles. Local ranking depends on competition and your Google profile, but the technical groundwork is solid from launch.

Start on the free plan. We design, build, host and look after your tattoo studio website on one flat monthly fee.
