Common questions
Will my photos look as good as on my old portfolio site?
Better, in most cases. We use modern image formats, proper sizing and a layout designed for full-screen viewing. Your photos load in a blink without the soft, over-compressed look that template sites give you.
Should I show prices on the site?
Yes. Couples short-list photographers by price band before they ever hit your contact form. Hiding pricing behind a brochure download means you get fewer enquiries from people who could afford you, and more from people who can't. Show at least a starting price.
Can the site take booking deposits?
Yes. We can wire up a Stripe checkout so a couple pays a booking fee straight from the site once you have agreed terms. The booking confirmation lands in your inbox and the contract can follow by email or e-signature.
How do you handle the availability calendar?
We build a simple monthly view that shows your free dates for the next 18 months. You update it through your portal whenever a date is taken, or we sync it to your existing calendar app if you prefer to manage it there.
What about a client gallery for delivered weddings?
If you already use Pic-Time, Pixieset or Cloudspot for delivery, we link out to those rather than rebuild the wheel. The main site is for marketing and enquiries; the delivery galleries stay where they are.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at £79/month and cover design, build, hosting and ongoing updates. You can add new weddings, change the about page, swap out the homepage hero or update pricing, all by sending a message to the portal. No invoices for tweaks.
