Common questions

Why not just put the menu on Instagram?

Instagram menus disappear into the feed and Google cannot read them. A real menu page on your website ranks for searches like 'vegan brunch nottingham', loads fast on a phone, and stays linkable when someone wants to share with a friend.

Can you make my opening hours show in Google?

Yes, that is part of every café build. We add the schema Google needs to display your hours in search results and on Maps, and we make sure bank holiday changes go in once and update across both.

How do I update the menu when I change a special?

Send a message to the customer portal with the new dish or the new price. We update it the same day in most cases, often within a couple of hours during weekday hours. No logging in, no fiddling with a CMS.

Can the site take reservations?

Yes. We embed OpenTable, ResDiary, Resy or whatever you already use. If you do not take reservations, we say so loudly so customers don't show up expecting a table to be held.

What about allergens?

Each dish gets allergen and dietary tags as part of the menu structure. Customers can scan a long menu in seconds for what suits them, and you reduce the awkward conversations at the till.
