Web design for nutritionists

A nutrition website that sells programmes, books online consultations and stays the right side of every ASA rule the regulator can find.

01 / Why nutrition sites struggle

Heavily regulated copy, programme-based work, mostly online

Nutrition is one of the harder fields to write a website for. The ASA actively polices claims, your work is mostly programme-based rather than session-based, and most of your clients are now booking remote consultations from a different city. A template site cannot handle any of those well.

We build nutrition sites that work. ANutr, RNutr or BDA credentials surfaced clearly, programme pages with honest pricing, Stripe checkout for paid programmes, online booking that does not feel clinical and conditions copy that respects what the ASA allows you to say.

After launch, the site keeps moving with the practice. New programme, fee tweak, fresh case study, an updated specialism - drop a message in the portal and the change goes live the same working day.

02 / What nutrition practitioners get

Built around how nutrition clients actually buy

Programmes, credentials, online booking and ASA-safe specialism pages.

ANutr, RNutr or Dietitian credentials front and centre

AfN registration, BANT membership, BDA dietitian status. Patients have learned the difference and look for the letters. We give them the prominence they earn.

Programmes, not one-off appointments

Most nutrition work is done in packages, not in single sessions. We build clear programme pages with what is included, the price and the commitment so clients know what they are buying.

Online consultations done well

Most nutrition practice is now remote. Booking, video links, secure document sharing for food diaries and test results - we wire it all up so you spend zero time on logistics.

Specialism pages that match how clients search

Gut health, IBS, perimenopause, fertility, weight management, sports nutrition. Each gets its own page so the right client lands on the right starting point.

ASA-aware claims that still convert

The ASA polices nutrition claims hard. We write copy that respects what is permitted, leans on case studies and process, and avoids the kind of language that gets practitioners in trouble.

Stripe and direct debit ready

If clients pay for a 12-week programme up front or in instalments, the site handles checkout cleanly with Stripe. No clunky PayPal buttons, no chasing invoices.

03 / How it works

From first call to your first paid programme

01

Practice conversation

We talk through your specialisms, your programme structure, your test panel partners and your clinic versus online split. The site is shaped around how you actually work.

02

Programme pages

We draft each programme page with you, lock down pricing and inclusions, and write the FAQs around the questions your discovery calls field most often.

03

Build and integrate

We build the site, connect Cliniko, Practice Better or your scheduling tool, set up Stripe checkout for programmes and wire up the new-client intake form.

04

Launch and adjust

We migrate domain and email cleanly, hand you the portal, and tweak pages as new clients book. Programme update, price change, new specialism - one short message away.

FAQ

Common questions

Are you familiar with ASA rules around nutrition claims?

Yes. The ASA does not allow nutrition practitioners to claim treatment or cure of named conditions, and CAP guidance has been tightened repeatedly. We write each page within those limits, lean on process and case studies, and are happy to send drafts to BANT or AfN for a sanity check before launch.

Can clients book and pay for a programme online?

Yes. We integrate Stripe so clients can pay for a 6 or 12-week programme at the point of booking, in full or in instalments. It removes the friction of invoicing and chasing payments and makes the commitment feel real on day one.

What scheduling software do you connect to?

Practice Better, Cliniko, Healthie, Power Diary and most modern nutrition practice management systems. If your tool has an embed or a public booking link, we can drop it in cleanly.

Do you build pages for functional test panels?

Yes, where the testing is part of your programmes. We describe what is involved, what the test looks at and how the results inform your work, all within the claims you are permitted to make. We do not build full e-commerce for test kits.

Will it help me rank for nutrition searches in my area?

Yes. We write each specialism page around how clients in your area or your niche actually search, set up practitioner schema and align the site with your Google Business Profile. For online-only practices we focus on the niche keywords rather than location.

What does the £79 plan cover?

Design, build, hosting, SSL, daily backups, security patches, uptime monitoring and changes on request. Stripe and any practice management integrations are included in the build. There is no separate hosting bill and no contract lock-in.
