Your Own Project Dashboard - What You Get When You Sign Up

Most web designers hand you a finished site and disappear. If you need something changed, you send an email and hope it lands. If you want to check on progress during the build, you ask and wait for a screenshot. Invoices arrive in your inbox mixed in with everything else.

We built a different setup. Every client gets their own project dashboard from day one. It is private, it is always up to date, and it puts you in control of your project without needing to chase anyone.

Here is what you actually get inside it.

A single place for your project

Your dashboard shows the current state of your website project at a glance. Where it is in the build process, what has been delivered, what is coming next. No guessing, no status update meetings.

During the build, you will see milestones as they complete - design, development, content, review. Once your site is live, the dashboard shifts to show your live URL, domain status, and a running log of every change made to your site.

The idea is simple: you should never have to ask "where are we at?"

Request changes without email chains

Every plan includes the ability to request changes directly from your dashboard. Need the phone number updated? Want to swap out a photo? Need a new page for a service you have started offering?

You submit the request, we pick it up, and you can track it from submitted through to completed. No email chains, no "did you get my message last week", no requests falling through cracks.

For website plans, these are called site edits. You describe what you want changed, we handle the rest. The status updates in real time so you always know where your request is.

Messages that stay with your project

Your dashboard has built-in messaging tied to your project. Every conversation lives in one place, attached to the thing it is about. No hunting through email threads or scrolling back through WhatsApp.

This means when we pick up a message from you, we already have the full context - your project, your site, your history. You do not have to re-explain anything.

Domain setup handled for you

One of the things people dread most about a new website is the domain. Pointing DNS records, waiting for propagation, hoping the SSL certificate sorts itself out.

Your dashboard handles this. You have two options:

Already have a domain? Enter it in your portal and we show you exactly which DNS records to update at your registrar, with step-by-step guides for GoDaddy, Namecheap, 123-reg, Cloudflare, and Google Domains. Once you have updated them, hit the verify button and we take it from there.

Need a domain? Search for one directly in your dashboard. We show the price upfront in pounds. Standard domains are included in your plan at no extra cost. If you pick something premium, we send you an invoice first so there are no surprises. Either way, the domain is registered in your name - you own it.

Once connected, your dashboard shows the live status. Green means live. If something needs attention, you will see exactly what.

Invoices and billing in one place

Every invoice we send appears in your dashboard. You can see what is outstanding, what has been paid, and download or print anything you need for your records. Payments are handled through Stripe, so you can pay directly from the invoice with a card.

No chasing PDFs through email. No wondering if that payment went through.

Settings you control

You can update your name, company details, billing address, and notification preferences directly. If your email changes or you move offices, you update it once and everything stays in sync.

Why this matters

The dashboard is not a nice-to-have. It is the difference between a service where you feel informed and in control, and one where you are just hoping things are happening behind the scenes.

Every project we run goes through this portal. It is how we stay organised, and it is how you stay in the loop. When something is ready for your review, you will see it. When something needs your input, you will know. When your site is live and running, you can see that too.

If you are used to web projects that feel like throwing requirements into a void and waiting, this is the opposite of that.

See it for yourself

The best way to understand the dashboard is to use it. When you start a project with us, you get access straight away - before we have even started building. Have a look around, upload your brand assets, and send us a message. It is your space from day one.
