Can clients still book through Fresha or Booksy?
Yes. We embed your existing booking system rather than replacing it. Your calendar, deposits, no-show fees and client database stay exactly where they are - we just make the booking button impossible to miss.
How do you handle our Instagram feed?
We pull your latest posts onto the site automatically, so every time you post a finished look on Instagram it shows up on your homepage. No copying photos across, no broken links when you delete a post.
What does it cost to set up a salon website?
Plans start at £79/month and cover design, build, hosting and ongoing changes. No setup fee, no contract lock-in. If you take on a new stylist next month, message us and we update the team page same week.
Can we sell gift vouchers through the site?
Yes. We can either embed Fresha's voucher feature if you already use it, or set up a simple Stripe checkout that emails the voucher straight to the buyer. We will pick whichever matches how your till already works.
Will the site work for multiple locations?
Yes. We can build a location switcher with separate stylist teams, opening hours and booking links per branch. Each location gets its own page so it ranks for local searches in that town.
What about Google reviews?
We pull your Google review score and a few of your best recent reviews onto the homepage. New reviews appear automatically as they come in, so the social proof stays fresh without you copying anything across.
