StealthShield PPF
Sells fitment-perfect PPF online, unattended, without quoting a single order by hand.
The brief
What needed solving.
Selling PPF online means two problems at once: buyers rarely know what fits their exact car, and a kit cut blind will foul sensors, cameras and mods. The old way was quoting every order over WhatsApp and hoping the cut was right. StealthShield needed to take fitment guesswork off the customer and out of the inbox entirely.
What we built
The work itself.
A vehicle-registration configurator, where a buyer enters a numberplate, confirms the car or bike and picks coverage, so they get instant pricing on plotter-cut templates without knowing a single panel name.
A credit-protected lookup with Redis caching and per-IP rate limiting, so a paid vehicle-data API stays affordable however hard the page is hit.
A post-purchase flow that texts the customer a one-time link to snap their bumpers on mobile, with an on-screen guide, so every kit is cut around their actual sensors and trim.
Photos and reg auto-attach to the Shopify order via webhook, so the cutter has the spec in hand with no chasing emails.

A numberplate becomes a fitment-perfect order
Enter a reg and the configurator queries the vehicle databases and confirms the exact make, model and variant - so the kit is plotter-cut to that car, with no fitment guesswork left to the customer.

Each coverage tier is mapped to that vehicle with a live price - front end, extended or full car - so a fiddly, fitment-sensitive product sells online round the clock without quoting a single order by hand.
