We're in Cwmbran, Torfaen. Most clients are across Newport, Cardiff, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Caerphilly and the wider Gwent patch, which makes a face-to-face easy. But a website doesn't need a site visit, so we build for businesses anywhere in the UK.

You tell us what the site has to do, we quote it. Once you're happy we design, write and build it, and send you a real build to click through in your own browser and on your phone. You tell us what to change, we change it, and nothing goes live until you've signed it off. After launch the same people look after it.

No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. We'd rather you knew exactly what you're getting and what it costs before committing.

Yes. A single landing page, a fix to a site someone else built, or a few new pages - none of that is too small to ask about. We'd rather do a small job properly and be the people you call for the next one.

Less than people expect. What the site has to do, who it's for, and a link to what you've got now if there's one. Send brand files if you have them. If you haven't, say so and we'll factor the design in rather than pretend it's free.

Card, bank transfer or cash. For most projects we take a deposit to book the work in and the balance on completion. You'll get a proper invoice either way.

Plenty of people don't. We can design something to go with the site, or redraw a logo you've only got as a small blurry image so it looks sharp on every screen. That's a design job in its own right and we'll price it separately so you can see what you're paying for.

Not under this name. That side of the business is now OFFKUT, our sister brand, at offkut.co.uk. Same team behind it, with its own site and its own quotes.

It depends on scope - a focused landing page is a different job to a full multi-page site or a web platform. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a clear, from-price quote and a straight answer, no obligation.

Focused landing pages usually go live in days, not weeks. Larger multi-page and platform builds take longer - we give you a clear timeline after a short scoping call.

Yes. We can rebuild from scratch or take over and improve what you have - whichever genuinely serves the goal. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense.

Yes. Changes go straight to the team that built it - call, message or email and we handle them quickly, so you're never stuck wrestling a page builder or logging a ticket. If you'd rather edit some things yourself, we can set that up too.

You own it. The site, the content and the domain are yours - no lock-in and nothing held hostage. If you ever move on, everything you've paid for goes with you.

The same team that built it looks after it - hosting, updates and changes handled by the people who wrote the code, not passed to a support queue or an agency that's moved on.
