The brief
What needed solving.
Choosing a dentist is an anxious, trust-led decision, yet most practice sites hide prices behind a phone call and lead with stock smiles - so the nervous searcher bounces and books nowhere. As a new private practice, Cymru Dental could not afford that leak. It needed a site that did the reassuring before anyone walked in, showed the cost of treatment upfront, and made the first step feel small.
What we built
The work itself.
A warm, editorial brand built around real photography of the practice and named, GDC-registered clinicians - so a wary patient sees a calm, credible practice, not another clinical template.
A full published price list, from a £10 check-up upward, shared between the homepage and a dedicated prices page so the figures can never drift - meaning patients see the cost before they commit and arrive without sticker shock.
Dedicated, search-optimised pages for each treatment - check-ups, whitening, fillings, root canals, emergency and nervous patients - so someone Googling a specific worry lands on a page that answers it and ranks for it.
A two-tap booking strip under the hero - pick a treatment, pick a timeframe, leave a number - that captures the lead in seconds and routes a low-commitment £10 consultation straight to the practice.

The quick booking strip and £10 consultation lower the bar enough that a nervous searcher actually takes the first step, turning quiet curiosity into appointments in the diary.
