Web design for yoga studios
A yoga studio website that pulls in nervous beginners, sells workshops and retreats and keeps the timetable in sync with your booking system.
01 / Why yoga studio sites underperform
Static timetables and a Mindbody iframe is not a website
Most yoga studio websites are a Mindbody embed wrapped in a free WordPress theme, with a static timetable that is already two weeks out of date. They do not sell workshops, they do not introduce the teachers and they do not reassure the nervous first-timer who has never set foot on a mat.
We build studio sites that work hard. Live timetables synced from your booking platform, calm beginner pages, teacher bios that build community, dedicated workshop and retreat pages and the kind of typography and photography that match the feel of being in your studio.
After launch, the site keeps pace with the schedule. New teacher, new workshop, holiday timetable, retreat in Portugal, summer photos - drop a message in the portal and the change goes live the same working day.
02 / What yoga studios get
Built for studios, not generic 'wellness' templates
Live timetables, beginner-friendly copy, teacher bios and workshops that earn their margin.
Live class schedule, not a static PDF
We pull your timetable from Mindbody, Momoyoga, Glofox or TeamUp so the schedule on your website is always the one your students see in the studio. No more outdated PDFs.
Drop-in, ten-pack, monthly membership made obvious
New visitors want to know whether they can drop in, regulars want to renew their pack, members want to log in. Three clear pathways on the homepage, no hunting.
Beginner-friendly without being patronising
Most people who visit a yoga studio website are nervous beginners. We write a calm, clear 'first class' page that answers the questions they will not ask out loud.
Teacher bios that build the community
Each teacher gets a real bio with training lineage, style and what their classes feel like. People book teachers more than they book studios. Make the people the hero.
Workshops, retreats and teacher training pages
These are your high-margin events. Each gets a dedicated page with dates, prices, what is included, deposits and the booking flow. Not a paragraph buried in a news post.
Studio photography, not stock images
Real photos of your space, your light, your props, your students. Stock yoga images on a website are an instant red flag. We help you brief a photographer if you need one.
03 / How it works
From first call to a busy studio
Studio conversation
We talk through your class mix, your booking software, your membership structure and your retreats and trainings calendar. The site hierarchy is shaped around the studio.
Pages and timetable
We draft each page with you, agree on tone for the beginner pages and lock down how the live timetable will look on the homepage and on the schedule page.
Build and integrate
We build the site, connect your booking system, embed the live schedule, wire up the workshop and retreat pages and walk you through a clickable preview before launch.
Launch and look after
We migrate the domain, hand you the portal and update the site as the studio changes. New teacher, new workshop, holiday timetable, fresh photos - one short message away.
FAQ
Common questions
Will the site pull our timetable from Mindbody automatically?
Yes. Mindbody, Momoyoga, Glofox, TeamUp, Bsport and most yoga studio booking platforms offer either an embeddable schedule widget or a public feed we can pull from. Your homepage timetable always matches the source of truth in your studio system.
Can students book and pay for classes through the site?
Yes. The actual checkout still goes through your booking platform - that is where memberships, ten-packs and class credits live - but the booking flow can start on your website without sending students through a different brand. It feels like one experience.
What about workshops and retreats - those need different handling?
Yes, and they get it. Each workshop or retreat is a dedicated page with its own photography, dates, pricing, deposit terms and booking flow. They are your highest-margin events and they should not be hidden in a generic 'events' list.
Can teachers update their own bios?
Drop a new bio or photo in your portal message thread and we update the page the same working day. We have found studio owners prefer this to giving each teacher a CMS login they will never use.
Will it help us rank for yoga searches in our town?
Yes. We write the pages around how local students actually search - hot yoga, prenatal, beginners, lunchtime, near me - and align the site with your Google Business Profile so your map listing and your website point in the same direction.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Design, build, hosting, SSL, daily backups, security patches, uptime monitoring and changes on request through your portal. Booking system integration is part of the build. No setup fee, no contract lock-in, no separate hosting bill.
