Web design for letting agents
Hand-built websites for UK letting agents. Live rentals, tenant alerts, landlord journeys and Tenant Fees Act compliance built in.
01 / Why letting agents need their own playbook
A lettings site is two sites at once: one for tenants, one for landlords
Tenants want to scroll listings on their phone, save shortlists and book viewings without filling out a form. Landlords want fee transparency, fully-managed comparisons and a sense that you handle compliance properly. A single homepage trying to talk to both at once usually loses them both.
We build lettings sites that split the journey cleanly, pull live rentals from your CRM, and bake in Tenant Fees Act compliance and redress scheme display. Hosting, feed integration and ongoing changes are all on one monthly plan.
02 / What you get
Designed for tenants and landlords without picking sides
Two journeys, one calm site, all the compliance handled where it should be.
Live rentals from your CRM
Live feed from Reapit, Goodlex, Acquaint, Alto or your existing system, with rent-frequency formatting, deposit details and 'available from' badges that update automatically.
Tenant alerts and shortlists
Tenants register their criteria, get instant alerts when a property hits the feed, and save shortlists. The same applicant pool that quietly keeps voids low.
Landlord valuation CTAs
A separate landlord journey with rental valuation, fully managed vs let-only comparison, and a clear fee breakdown. Landlords are not buyers and the site treats them differently.
Tenant fee compliance
Tenant Fees Act compliance built into the footer and listing templates. Permitted payments listed on property pages where the rules expect them, not hidden in a downloadable PDF.
Property management hub
A dedicated page that explains what a fully managed service actually includes: inspections, deposit protection, gas safety, EICR, right to rent. Sells the value of management fees properly.
Redress scheme and client money protection
TPO or Property Redress Scheme membership, plus your CMP scheme, displayed in the footer with the right logos. Compliance done in fifteen seconds, not a PDF audit.
03 / How it works
From first call to live site
Portfolio review
We talk through your stock split, your fee model and which areas and property types you want to focus on. Lettings and sales have very different funnels and we build the right one.
Feed and forms
We connect your CRM feed, design the listing pages, and build separate journeys for tenants and landlords. Nothing gets shoehorned through one form.
Compliance pass
We add Tenant Fees Act wording to listing pages, drop your redress scheme and CMP membership in the footer, and check every form for the right consent language.
Live and updated
We go live and keep updating fees, branches, team photos and policy pages on request. The property feed runs itself.
FAQ
Common questions
Can the site handle both sales and lettings?
Yes. We build them as parallel sections with their own listings, navigation and CTAs, sharing one design system. Lettings and sales talk to different audiences and the site reflects that throughout.
Does it cover Tenant Fees Act 2019 disclosures?
Yes. Permitted payments, holding deposits, security deposits and any other charges appear on each property listing, and a top-level lettings fees page covers the same ground for compliance and search.
Can tenants register their search criteria?
Yes. Tenants register beds, area, price, and we email matches as soon as new properties hit the feed. Filters out the guesswork and keeps your hot list warm.
How do landlords request a valuation?
There is a separate landlord journey with a postcode-first valuation form, a fully-managed-vs-let-only comparison page, and a clear fee table. Landlords compare slowly and the site is built for that, not for tenant browsing.
Can you display our redress scheme and CMP?
Yes. TPO, PRS and your client money protection scheme live in the footer with their logos, and we add the membership numbers so prospective landlords can verify in one click.
Will the listings look right on phones?
Yes. Photos, floorplans, virtual tours and 'book viewing' buttons are designed mobile-first because that is where 80% of property browsing happens. Desktop is the bonus, not the priority.
