Our own product: a booking and operations platform built for solo mobile car detailers, run entirely from a phone.
The briefWhat it had to do
We kept watching solo detailers lose jobs to missed DMs and a paper diary, and chase payment after the fact. So we built the booking-and-ops layer they actually needed, instead of waiting for someone else to.
- A branded public booking page per operator at ctrl.detail/name, with live availability.
- Stripe card payments taking a deposit or the full amount up front, with daily payouts.
- A scheduling engine with day and week views, drag-to-reschedule and automatic travel buffers between jobs.
- A per-vehicle client history with notes and photos, plus one-tap rebooking.
